How can I view the PDF files that are available?

Most newer browsers already have the plugin to viewer PDF files installed and set up.  If your browser does not recognized PDF files, you will need to install a PDF viewer.

The free PDF viewer from Adobe can be installed from https://get.adobe.com/reader.  It will detect what kind of computer and browser you are using, and install the appropriate viewer onto your computer or device.

Once installed, you may have to restart your browser, and from then on, the PDF files will automatically recognized and opened when you click on their links.
